This little tote basket would be perfect for small knitting projects, needle punch projects or even your lunch!
After lashing the rim into place with reed, I over-lashed with a black homespun. I LOVE how it turned out.
The five rows of color at the bottom and top are black. The basket features a closed bottom(no holes) and a push in handle. The sheep accent is a painted wooden item that I found at a basket shop - too cute!
Measurements are approximately: 12" to top of handle, 8" to top of rim, 7" wide and 9" long. The entire basket is stained with my boiled black walnut stain.
Continental shipping is included in the price. (International orders are welcome, please email for shipping quote)

I just love your sheep basket - all your things are so nice!
ReplyDeleteThanks for returning my visit and commenting on my blog. What a small world Ann! My son and his wife are living in Norwich right now and we are just the other side of Cortland! It's funny...my husband came to college at Cornell (from Idaho) and we ended up staying here. I am originally from the area near Geneva.
ReplyDeleteI love your basket Ann!! We raise sheep and they are one of my favorite things in decorating. You do such beautiful work, I hope one of these days to be able to make a purchase.8-)
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Lorna
